We regret it that despite our good care an item doesn't arrive in good condition. Let us know in case something bad happens.

Conditions for returns:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address given by us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Prevention of mishaps:

Before buying check the size help charts that you can find on our websites and take a tape measure if in doubt. Double-check your address details. Make sure your mail is received in a secure place and signed for by the correct person. Read all the policies above and in the links, as the same principles apply to all products.
